Neha Ranglani’s family lived in Mumbai. She went to school at Duruelo Convent High School in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition in Nutrition from SNDT University (2003-2008). In addition, she also completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Service Management from IGNOU (2008-2011). She was a bright student from childhood and scored 89% in class 10. She was interested in science but did not want to become a doctor or an engineer as that would limit her to books and her goal was to lead a life of active participation in social life. At the time, Neha was confused about her career, so to save her confusion, her elder sister took her to SNDT and asked her to choose a course that interested her. Neha was a foodie and she planned to choose Food and Nutrition. Earlier, Neha was criticized for choosing this course as she had done well in academics and she could have become a doctor or an engineer.

Neha started her career as a nutritionist in 2008. After graduation, she worked in some well-known gyms and some physiotherapy and naturopathic centers. You don’t want to lose weight at the expense of your health. So ditch these trendy methods and start making an overall change that will have lasting results.”
- She said that everyone’s physical needs are different. There are many factors that determine whether a person is healthy. Mental health is as important as physical health. Some problems are related to hormones, stress, lifestyle, etc.
