One New York family took their Christmas decorating to the next level this year.
In a video posted on TikTok on December 13, the family shows off what appears to be a homemade Christmas tree so large it has collapsed on top of their house.
“So it’s an illusion, folks, that the tree just blew through the roof,” the man can be heard saying over the video.
“I think we really did it. It looks amazing,” he adds.

In the comments section, TikTok users agreed that the holiday display was superb.
“I’ve never seen anything like this before 😁. I hope my future husband is just as cool and creative!” one person wrote.

Others, meanwhile, wanted details on how the feat was achieved, with one person writing: “Spill the tea on the illusion please ❤️.”

While it’s unclear if the woman who posted the video is the owner of the exhibit, she confirmed in the comments section of the video that the featured home can be found in Fairfield, NY
