Last month, the new mom, 42, posted a series of photos of her son, who she shares with husband Carter Reuma, on Instagram to mark Phoenix’s first trip to New York City. Shortly after sharing, a TikTok user highlighted negative responses to the post, prompting Paris to respond that her “angel is perfectly healthy” and “just has a big brain.”

She then expanded on her response to comments about her son’s head in an Instagram Story. “Living in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else, is unacceptable,” she began.

Paris wrote that she was “deeply” hurt by the public’s reaction. “This hurts my heart more than words can describe. I have worked hard to foster an environment of nothing but love, respect and acceptance, and I expect the same in return,” the new mom wrote.
