NTAs stars look all partied out as EastEnders and Love Island favourites head home after TV’s biggest night

The great and the good of the television world let their hair down last night as the gongs were handed out at the National Television Awards.

It looked like there could be a few hot heads this morning as the soap and Love Island stars left London’s O2 a little worse for wear.

Glam Olivia Attwood raised her hand to her head as she left the venue in a stunning green silk dress with a thigh-high split.

Helen Flanagan kept her head down as she stepped out in an elegant bandeau dress.

Vicky Pattison put her feet up in the back of the taxi and looked ready for a nap as she rested her head on her arm.

Shane Richie was engrossed in his phone as he prepared to leave, while co-stars Natalie Cassidy and Jessie Wallace stared out the car windows.

Love Island winner David Sanclimenti massaged girlfriend Ekin-Su’s feet as they prepared to elope.

Lisa Snowdon had an infectious case of the giggles in her car, while Holly Willoughby scoffed down a delicious cheeseburger after missing out on The Repair Shop award following a string of wins with This Morning.

The show, fronted by Jay Blades, ended This Morning’s dominance in the daytime television category, which it had won for the past 12 years.

However, after a year of turmoil which included Phillip Schofield’s dramatic exit due to a relationship with a much younger male member of staff, it was finally lost.

Ant and Dec held on to win the Best Presenter trophy for an incredible 22 years at the expense of Alison Hammond.
