In one of his mantras, he shared how he started preaching Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. He said that there was a lady named Geeta Bai Parashar in his village who used to cook in various houses in the village. After the death of her husband, she decided to conduct Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at her home. Pandit Pradeep, who was working as a pandit in the village at that time, assured her that he would fulfill her resolution by reciting Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at her house. However, Geeta Bai politely declined the offer and said that Pandit Pradeep did not obtain deeksha under the guidance of some Guru and therefore he Unable to propagate kathas. He then traveled to Indore and received guidance from his guru deeksha under Shree Govardhan Nath. In his mantra, when talking about his guru, he said:

It is the Guru who teaches us to wear pudding. The Guru handed me a potted plant in my hand and said wherever you do kata, your pandal will never be empty. It is due to His grace that so many devotees come to my Panda. “

After completing the deeksha, he started reciting Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in villages and nearby areas. Gradually, he became interested in Shiva Purana. During the COVID-19 lockdown in India in 2020, he uploaded his first Shiva Purana video titled Pradeep Ji Mishra Sehore Wale on his YouTube channel. Within days, his video had thousands of views. Gradually, his Shiva Purana Kathas started becoming popular on YouTube.

After the lockdown, he organized Shiva Purana Katha in Sehore along with Rudraksha Mahotsav. On the day of the event, thousands of people began to gather at the event. The road was blocked due to heavy traffic jams. Later, the event ended in the middle. Pandit Pradeep never expected that so many people would gather there after watching his YouTube video. In one of his mantras, he even sheds tears over the love of his followers. He even apologized to his followers for not offering them Rudraksha and ending the event days before it was scheduled to be held. He then collaborated with Hindi TV channel Aastha to air his Kesar and Pravacha. Pandit Pradeep Mishra built the Kubereshwar Dham temple and launched the Shri Vitthalesh Seva Samiti in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, which helped provide free food, cow welfare services and free medical facilities to the people.
