Pankaj Dheer is an Indian actor and film director working primarily in the Hindi film and television industry. He is best known for his role as ‘Kana’ in the Indian epic TV series Mahabharata.

- In addition to acting, he is a trained writer and director. He has assisted many famous directors.
- Pankaj reportedly bumped into the chief assistant director on his first film as an assistant director. He revealed in an interview that the first assistant director on his first film bullied him. He often gave Pankaj massages during lunch hours and also made him wait on the set until 11 pm so that Pankaj could take him home when he got drunk. One day, Del found the assistant director sitting alone in the room. Pankaj took advantage of the situation and put the quilt over his head and beat him until he was satisfied.
