Paris Hilton “lives” for the 41st birthday of sister Nicky Hilton!
The “Stars Are Blind” singer, 43, showed off some of the decorations in an Instagram Stories video on Saturday, Oct. 5, to mark Nicky’s birthday. Rose gold balloons with the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICKY” are seen surrounded by smaller pink and silver balloons.
“So cute,” Paris can be heard saying as she walks past her dogs and the “HOUSE FOR LIFE” sign on the floor.
She also re-shared a picture from Nicky’s Instagram stories of Paris and son Phoenix dressed in a pink outfit with headbands for a spa day. In particular, Paris has a home wellness center it calls the “living spa,” which includes cryotherapy and facial machines and a red light therapy bed.

Phoenix wore one of Paris’ pieces from her Paris Hilton Baby Collection in the cute photo. In addition to her 20-month-old son, Paris is mom to 10-month-old daughter London.
Meanwhile, Nicky has two daughters Lily-Grace Victoria (8) and Theodora “Teddy” Marilyn (6) and a two-year-old son named Chasen.
Paris’ gesture for Nicky’s birthday is one of the many ways the sisters show their love for each other. The sisters were close during their years growing up in the spotlight, celebrating many milestones together, including marriage and motherhood.

They also share major pop culture moments. In his memoirs from 2023. Paris admitted that she got her “handsome” catchphrase from Nicky. “At some point I heard Nicky say ‘That’s hot,’ and it resonated with me,” Paris wrote.
“I wrote it in my journal and drew flowers and fireworks around it. It’s such a great statement, isn’t it? Positive. Unpretentious. The word hot is evocative; it has energy.”
Hilton also uses the term “sliving” a lot.
“’Sliving’ is a word I made up a few years ago at a Halloween party. I started to say ‘killing,’ but took a sharp left toward ‘living my best life,’ and it came out ‘living,'” she explained in Paris. “We all died laughing, but I thought, ‘That’s a great word. I have a trademark that’s … like yesterday.’ ”

“Everybody thought I was crazy at the time — wearing all those clothes — because no one dressed like me,” Paris said. “Now I see on these catwalks — I go to my friends who are designers and their mood boards have pictures of me from the old days, which makes me feel very proud to see it all come to life. Very flattering.”
