Parvesh Bhainswal is an Indian former professional kabaddi player who plays as a defender for the Indian national team. He was a member of the Indian Kabaddi team that participated in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

Profession
Parvesh played in the under-14 school competition and his talent was recognized during the college nationals where he was spotted by coach Jaivir Sharma. Thereafter, he joined Sports Authority of India in Gandhinagar. He has represented the Income Tax and Railways teams in many domestic competitions.
In 2020, he played with the Indian Railways and won the gold medal at the 67th National Kabaddi Championship. In 2022, he and his team won the trophy and gold medal at the 69th National Men’s Senior Kabaddi Championship.
International
In 2019, he participated in the 13th South Asian Games in Kathmandu, Nepal as a member of the Indian Kabaddi team and won the gold medal. In June 2023, he won the gold medal with the Indian Kabaddi team at the 11th Asian Kabaddi Championship in Busan, South Korea.
In 2023, Parvesh won the gold medal with the Indian team in the final of the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. The team won a controversial final, beating Iran 33-29.
Professional Kabaddi League
Parvesh’s performances with the national team caught the attention of Jaipur Pink Panthers, who recruited him for the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 4. Parvesh Bhainswal made his debut in the Professional Kabaddi League (PKL) in 2016 as a player for Jaipur Pink Panthers.
In 2017, he was bought by Gujarat Fortune Giants for Rs 2.5 million at the auction of PKL Season 5. In the 5th season, he scored 48 points with 4 super tackles in 24 games. In PKL Season 6, he was sold to Gujarat Fortune Giants again for Rs 3.5 million. His performance in the sixth season of the Pro Kabaddi League has been impressive. He scored 86 tackles in 25 games, including 4 super tackles, setting a personal high for tackles. In 2019, he had 55 tackle points in 22 games in PKL Season 7. In 2021, he remained a member of the Gujarat Giants in PKL Season 8.
In Pro Kabaddi League Season 9 2022, he was sold for Rs 62 Lakhs Parvesh Bhainswal played for Telugu Titans in Pro Kabaddi League and showed his Skills as a left back and scored six high fives in 21 games. Parvesh was retained by Telugu Titans in the PKL 10 auction in August 2023.
