Patrick Mahomes Gets Front Row Support from Wife Brittany and Kids Sterling, 3, and Bronze, 2, at Chiefs Press Conference

Patrick Mahomes’ family is always in his corner — sometimes literally!

As the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, took the podium at the postgame press conference on Saturday, Jan. 18 — following the team’s first playoff win of the season — his family sat in the corner of the very front row, cheering him on.

As the NFL star addressed reporters in a conference room at Arrowhead Stadium, his wife Brittany Mahomes, daughter Sterling and son Bronze sat nearby. The trio huddled against a wall next to a crowd of reporters, watching the quarterback, according to a video shared on X by sports reporter Harold R. Kuntz.

Brittany, 29, and Sterling, 3, stared intensely at Patrick as he popped the question on the big play in the divisional playoff game, the video shows. Meanwhile, Bronze, 2, looked a little distracted, quietly looking elsewhere.

At the end of the press conference, the family reunited and shared a sweet moment, which was captured in a video posted on X by another sports reporter, Landon Reinhardt. In the video, Patrick steps down from the podium and addresses his son, asking, “Why [are] do we talk so much? Let’s go Bronca!”

Then, as the toddler toppled over as he tried to walk toward his dad, the quarterback yelled, “Whoa!” and smiled.

He then grabbed daughter Sterling’s hand as the family exited the postgame presser — that is, until the 3-year-old asked him to pick her up, and he sweetly complied, carrying her out of the room.

The sweet family moment came just after the Chiefs beat the Houston Texans 23-14 in Saturday’s playoff game, with the entire Mahomes family in attendance — except for their newest addition, daughter Golden Raya.

Patrick and Brittany welcomed Golden, their third child, on Sunday, January 12, and less than a week later, the mom of three was by her husband’s side, cheering him on in an exciting playoff game with her other two children.

The Chiefs quarterback and Sports Illustrated the model — who have been together since high school and married in 2022 — announced the birth of Golden together on Instagram on Jan. 12 with a black-and-white photo of the newborn’s feet.
