PERRIE EDWARDS will give Taylor Swift a run for her money – lifting the lid on her romance with footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on her new single.
The Little Mix singer confirmed to our story last week that her latest song, You Go Your Way, will be released on October 4.

Now I’m told the song is about her thinking about breaking up with ex-Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder Alex.
A source said: “You Go Your Way is about Perrie asking Alex for a break before going on tour with Little Mix.
“At that time they were not yet official. Perrie thought that because of the distance they should go their separate ways and hopefully they will find each other in the future.
“Alex hated the idea and made it official then.”
Perrie has previously said that she is finding life apart while Alex, who now plays for Turkey’s Besiktas, is away.
She said in April: “I have to be honest – I’m not going to sugar coat it – it’s really blooming. . . it’s really hard. I struggle a bit with the situation in Turkey.
“When he played for Arsenal, it was great because he was just on his way. Liverpool, Manchester, not so bad, but Turkey!
“Turkey is a bit further and the thing is that they are very busy. They practically train every day.”
Perrie added: “But you know what? We make it successful, because we do it for the ones we love.
“So it’s fun, it’s exciting. It still keeps it fresh, I think.”

Paddy appeared on Vernon’s show to announce that he will be cycling 300 miles across England, Scotland and Wales in November.
He will begin his challenge on November 11 in Wrexham before making his way across the eight counties.
Paddy aims to complete it in five days and, like Vernon, hopes we can support him and donate some money.
He said: “No way, going without a bike is just not an option.”
We’re all behind you, Paddy. Now stock up on Vaseline for rubbing.
STING, Justin Timberlake and Stereophonics headline next year’s Isle of Wight festival.
The event, which runs from June 19-23, also features Teddy Swims, Faithless, The Script, Teaxa, Alison Moyet and Clean Bandit.

Speaking in the US, Dua revealed that she has started concentrating on her fitness ahead of rehearsals for the Radical Optimism world tour, which kicks off in Singapore on November 5.

Dua said: “It’s a lot of rehearsals, a lot of just practicing because I have to build that stamina and make sure I can play.
“I think it’s definitely a challenge, but music is borrowed in a way. There is more music and the sets are longer.

“Building a sound world around that is always a lot of fun, and how we’re going to tell the story and the different aspects. It will be a different show.
“But no matter what, it’s going to be energetic and fun, and it’s a show you’ll come to and dance to.”

I’ll be there for the first night in Europe next May and can’t wait to see what Dua has planned.
