Pet turtles from the ‘Rocky’ era are still alive and well with Sylvester Stallen

From Tet to Air Bud, many memorable animal stars have graced our film and TV screens over the years. Animal actors don’t get as much attention as their human actors, so fans often wonder “where are they now?”

Unfortunately, if it’s an old movie, the answer isn’t always the happiest. Since dogs and cats have shorter lifespans than humans, audiences are faced with the fact that the entire cast of Homeward Bound is long dead.

But movie fans were shocked to learn that two of the decades-old classic movie’s animal actors are still alive: Cuff and Link, the turtles owned by humans. main character in Rocky in 1976.

Unlike many of the pets in the movie, Cuff and Link don’t steal the show or perform any tricks, but they still make an unforgettable impression in the classic movie.

They are turtles that Rocky keeps in his apartment and appear in a memorable scene when Rocky shows them Adrian (who sold him the turtles) on their first date.

It’s a career achievement: How many turtles can say they won Best Picture?

However, Cuff and Link still get along… and not only that, they still live with their former co-worker. Last May, Stallone shared an Instagram post about the turtles, shocking many longtime Rocky fans.
