PHILLIP Schofield looked somber on a walk with his daughter Molly after it was claimed he paid his ex-lover to keep quiet as part of a non-disclosure agreement.
The former This Morning presenter, 61, who spoke of his “unwise but not illegal” relationship with a younger colleague in a series of interviews last year, has now confirmed that a man cannot do the same, according to reports.

Phillip tucked his pet into the front of his coat and appeared relaxed as he strolled through west London with eldest daughter Molly, 30, yesterday afternoon.
Wearing a gray hoodie, navy coat and blue jeans, Phillip walked alongside Molly. His daughter wore a sleek black Mac and clutched a hessian Marks & Spencer bag.
Molly, her sister Ruby, 27, and their mum Stephanie, 59, remained faithful to Phillip after the revelations that destroyed his career.
A source recently told OK! that she still has love for Phillip and doesn’t want to see him “fall any more”.

Phillip’s arrangement with his ex now mutually prevents Phillip and the man, who is 34 years his junior, from ever discussing their relationship.
It prevents him from talking about the scandal that infamously ended the host’s decades-long TV career last year.
Schofield, 61, has kept a low profile since admitting the affair and lying to his employers at ITV in an extremely guilty plea last May.
A representative for Schofield confirmed the deal was signed last year, including payment of compensation for losses suffered, the Mail on Sunday reported.
The man was just 15 when he met Schofield, who helped him land a job as a runner on This Morning aged 19.
The romance between the two began when the man was in his 20s, after which he moved to another ITV daytime show, Loose Women.

He later left the channel with a separate payout.
Last night a source said the payment was part of an agreement that also included an NDA preventing both men from speaking about the scandal.
Speaking to the Sun last June, Schofield opened up about his struggles.
He said, “You’re watching all these layers of you slide and slide and slide.
“Things you loved. But I deserve it. It’s my fault. I deserve it.”
He also promised never to use social media again.
The news follows ITV announcing Phillip and former co-star Holly Willoughby as permanent replacements for This Morning.
Ben Shephard is switching studios to Good Morning Britain for its sister show, while Cat Deeley is leaving the US to co-host the show.
The duo are rumored to have signed packages worth £550,000 a year, £150,000 less than their predecessors.
