He participated in various bodybuilding championships such as Rajasthan Strongman (2003), Mr. Rajasthan Himman (2009), Mr. Rajasthan (2008, 2009 and 2015 (Senior)) and Mr. North India (2009) (Junior and Senior Categories). In 2011, he won the Rapidly Improved Bodybuilder Award at the 49th National Youth Bodybuilding Championships (Mr. India (Junior) Competition) held in Kalyan, Maharashtra; he registered in the 60 kg category. Arora also won the Rajasthan Best Powerlifting Competition (2012-13).

Arora passed away due to heart disease on April 26, 2023, in Kota, Rajasthan. Arora finished her daily workout and went to the bathroom. His family began to suspect something was wrong when he didn’t answer their calls. Arora was discovered when someone pried open the bathroom door and he was found unconscious and without a pulse under a running shower. Although he was rushed to hospital immediately, he was pronounced dead on arrival.

- On January 30, 2011, he won the Most Improved Bodybuilder Award at the 49th National Youth Bodybuilding Championships in Kalyan, Maharashtra. The overall championship was won by Pramod Palde of Maharashtra, while SK Mustaque of West Bengal won the best look award.
