Taylor Swift looked like a princess at the 2024 Grammy Awards!
The pop singer attended Sunday’s ceremony wearing a strapless white Schiaparelli gown with thigh-high slits that resembled Kate Middleton’s dress at the 2023 BAFTAs.
Like the Princess of Wales, Swift paired the look with black opera gloves, but added some special accessories that included a layered necklace and a custom-made vintage Lorraine Schwartz watch worn as a necklace.
The musician chose dark red lips and wore her hair to the side in textured waves. Swift made history on Sunday, becoming the only artist to win Album of the Year four times.

Although similar, Kate’s dress at the 2023 BAFTAs was an Alexander McQueen design that she first wore at the same ceremony in 2019. The repurposed dress featured floral embellishments on the left shoulder covered in white chiffon.
After originally wearing the look with silver jewellery, Kate added gloves and oversized rose gold Zara floral earrings for a pop of colour.
Genevieve James, creative director of royal glove purveyor Cornelia James, told PEOPLE at the time of Kate’s accessories: “Opera gloves are transformative; they have tremendous power. They turn any event into an occasion and a dress into a statement.”

Like Swift, Kate also made history wearing the dress as the 2023 BAFTAs marked her and Prince William’s debut as the Prince and Princess of Wales. The couple has previously shown they are fans of Swift.

said Ronnie Wood Hello! magazine in November 2023 that Prince William joked that he would only go to one of his concerts if Swift showed up.
“We were talking about the tour and I said, ‘Come on, you’ve got to go on tour,’ and we were talking about the new album and everything. William said [he would] if we could get Taylor Swift there,” Wood said.
On Sunday, Swift shocked fans by announcing a new album, Department for Tortured Poets, will be released on April 19. She announced the project while receiving the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album.
