Prince Harry Gets Spooked by a Panda, Werewolves and Possibly 'Michael Bublé' in Jimmy Fallon's 'Tonightmares' Maze

Werewolves! Pandas! And was it Michael Bublé?

Prince Harry and Jimmy Fallon weren’t afraid to get a little spooked as they kicked off the spooky season together.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, appeared on Thursday September 26 in the episode The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon during his whirlwind trip to New York City. For the occasion, instead of sitting down for a standard interview, they gingerly — and loudly — made their way through a haunted maze in Rockefeller Center created by Fallon called Jimmy Fallon’s Nightmare.

Before entering the maze, Harry says that he “usually” doesn’t scare easily. However, he admitted: “Today could be different.”

The adventure begins with the couple entering a broken elevator that quickly falls to the ground. When the door opens, they are immediately met with their first terrifying figure who directs them where to go. As they slowly walk through the haunted maze, they each insist that the other lead the way as terrifying characters pop out, eliciting screams and laughter throughout the video.

Things take a turn when they encounter a panda, an animal that Fallon is quick to point out that Harry is afraid of.

“No, I didn’t!” Harry jokes as he runs off.

Their journey continues with Harry and Fallon watching a small television that shows Fallon dressed as the character and holding a dog, which he describes as a “rare breed”.

Harry tells Fallon, “You look great,” and Fallon replies, “Thanks.” But the mood turns from lighthearted to creepy just moments later when Fallon transforms into a terrifying character on television, his eyes glowing as he appears to make a hacking sound and the dog disappears.

Harry, wearing a body camera to record his candid reaction, is noticeably taken aback before being distracted by another terrifying element: a zombie-like werewolf that emerges from a nearby door and scares both him and Fallon. The TV personality, who moments before was smiling and laughing, then admits, “Okay, that actually hit me.”

Before they can catch their breath, another werewolf jumps out of the box above them, and the lights flicker. Harry and Fallon were hilariously letting out genuine screams.

Making their way through the maze, Harry and Fallon politely greet the man holding the axe, saying, “Nice to see you.”

A disheveled man in a suit appears, and Harry jokingly asks, “Is that Michael Bublé?” as he and Fallon laugh and tell him he’s doing a “great job at Vote.”

When they run into a terrifying band that successfully scares them with guitars and drums. the real surprise comes when two band members express shock over Fallon’s guest.

One asks, “Who is that?” to which her bandmate replied between sighs, “Prince Harry.” Both stand with their mouths open. The moment wouldn’t be complete without a few more characters jumping out to scare them, causing Harry to throw out a few choice expletives.

Finally reaching the end of the maze, the brave duo pose for a photo and, of course, the last character ends things by scaring them once more.

Fallon announced the spooky maze on August 15. A promotional video on the show’s official YouTube page tells viewers to: “Get ready for 10 scary rooms that bring Jimmy’s worst nightmares to life with sinister characters and scares around every corner. Come in if you dare!”
