Princess Madeleine of Sweden Continues Halloween Tradition: See Her Daughters' Classic Costumes

Happy Halloween from Princess Madeleine of Sweden and her family!

On October 31, the Swedish princess continued the tradition by posting a new photo of her loved ones wearing their Halloween costumes. Princess Madeleine, 42, and her husband Christopher O’Neill are parents to Princess Leonora, 10, Prince Nicolas, 9, and Princess Adrienne, 6, and the royal mom shared a photo of her daughters in costume.

“It’s a spooky Halloween this year!” Princess Madeleine posted on Instagram and added two ghost emojis. The snap captured Princess Adrienne and Princess Leonore standing back-to-back under a tree, modeling their classic Halloween outfits.

Princess Adrienne wore what looked like a Little Red Riding Hood dress with a red bow in her hair, while Princess Leonore struck a pose in a ghost dress. The sisters teamed up for some fun holiday makeup — perhaps hinting that they’ve inherited their mom’s passion for Halloween!

Madeleine and Christopher moved to Florida in 2018 and embraced American traditions like celebrating the 4th of July and dressing up for Halloween. The couple’s love story began in New York in 2010, where the princess met the British-American financier while working for Queen Silvia’s World Childhood Foundation. They married in June 2013 and welcomed their children in the years that followed as they traveled the world.
