VLADIMIR Putin has warned he could attack British and US military facilities in his biggest threat yet after Ukraine fired NATO missiles inside Russian territory.
The dictator revealed that he blasted Ukraine today with a new type of ballistic missile that hurtled down from the edge of space in a “rogue” act of nuclear attack.

In a televised address today, Putin said military facilities in the UK and US could become valid targets for Russian forces in direct response to Ukraine’s use of ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles.
He said: “Russia is considered authorized to use weapons against military installations of countries that allow their weapons to be used against Russia.
“From this moment, as we have repeatedly emphasized, the conflict in Ukraine, provoked by the West, acquired elements of a global nature.”
Kiev today claimed that Ukraine had been hit by what was believed to be the first use of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) of the war as part of a retaliatory strike by Russia.
The video shows rockets falling on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro – reportedly six different warheads from Russia’s nuclear-capable R-26 Rubezh ICBM.
However, in the same address, Putin announced that Russian forces had instead tested a new intermediate-range missile (IRBM) in a strike against Ukraine.
Among other things, one of the newest Russian medium-range missile systems was tested,” he said in his televised address.
“In this case, with a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic gear. Our engineers named it the Nutcracker.
“In response to the use of American and British long-range weapons, on November 21 of this year, the Russian armed forces carried out a combined attack on one of the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.”
He warned that it could use the weapon against countries that have allowed Kiev to use its missiles to attack Russia.
And that there is currently no means of countering such weapons.
The dictator added, “If necessary, we will select targets for destruction. There are currently no means to counter such weapons. It is impossible.
“I recommend that the ruling elites of those countries who are considering allegiance to Russia seriously consider this.”
Zelensky said that the “new Russian missile” has reached the speed and height of an ICBM.
ICBMs have a range of over 5,500 km and are designed for nuclear warfare.
They shoot to the edge of space and can reach speeds of 13,000 km/h before hurtling almost towards their targets.
British Defense Secretary John Healey said Russia had been planning the attack for “months”.
Russia declined to comment on the type of missile used.
DON’T SAY ANYTHING Creepy moment. A Russian spokeswoman gets a call from a mysterious person telling her to SHUT UP about Putin’s ICBM attack
Today’s strike on Ukraine was part of a nine-missile attack on the central city of Dnipro in the early hours of Thursday.
Ukraine’s air force said the alleged ICBM was launched from Russia’s Astrakhan region about 1,000 km from the Dnieper.
Kyiv media claim that the missile was an RS-26 Rubež missile with a range of 5,800 km.
If confirmed, it will be the first time an ICBM has been fired in anger.
Western officials confirmed that a ballistic missile was used, but warned that its range was less than the ICBM threshold.
Rubež is 12 meters long, weighs 36 tons and is launched from a vehicle with 16 wheels.
It can carry an 800 kg nuclear warhead and reach every country in the Northern Hemisphere from a launch site on Russian soil.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova was told midway through a press briefing not to comment on the alleged ICBM attack.
She could be seen answering the call in the middle of a television conference.
The conversation was heard over her microphone – with what was probably a senior diplomat saying, “Masha [Maria]ballistic missile strikes on Yuzhmash [defence plant in Dnipro].
“Westerners are talking about it now. Don’t comment at all.”
Today’s strike came a day after America closed its embassies in Kiev over fears of a “significant missile strike”.
Britain kept its embassy open.
Ukraine used ATACMS missiles to hit a military depot in Bryansk – marking a major event on the 1,000th day of the brutal war.
Footage last night revealed the moment Ukraine allegedly fired Storm Shadow missiles inside Russia for the first time.

Russia’s ambassador to the UK, Andrej Kelin, claimed the use of Storm Shadow missiles against a military site in Russia meant Britain was “now directly involved in this war”.
Moscow has made similar claims in the past over Western support for Ukraine.
On Tuesday, President Putin signed a new nuclear doctrine that lowers the threshold for doomsday strikes.
The policy, months in the making, allows Russia to launch a nuclear first strike if it is attacked by a nuclear-backed country.
Unconfirmed footage showed multiple explosions over the Dnieper consistent with a type of warhead known as a multiple independent reentry vehicle, or MIRV.
MIRVs were designed in the 1960s so that a single nuclear missile could carry several doomsday warheads.
Russia claimed that the attacks were aimed at a Ukrainian missile factory.
How Ukraine could turn the war around in WEEKS using US missiles
EXCLUSIVE Sayan Bose, Foreign Correspondent, and Georgie English, Foreign Correspondent
After 1,000 days of Vlad’s grueling war in Ukraine, more than a million soldiers and civilians have been killed or wounded in the conflict.
Putin’s forces invaded the neighboring country in February 2022 as part of the delusional tyrant’s plan to rebuild the Soviet Union amid his paranoid fears about NATO.
Almost three years later, Kiev’s battle-weary troops are fighting to the death on multiple fronts.
They faced several setbacks in the bitter conflict as Russia slowly but gradually conquered Ukrainian territory.
But the US green light now allowing Ukraine to use ATACMS long-range missiles could be a game-changer, an expert said.
Colonel Hamish de Bretton-Gordon told The Sun that Ukraine could turn the war around in six weeks with the unwavering support of key allies in the West.
A former British army officer said Washington’s decision to allow Ukraine to use ATACMS – and the possibility of Britain’s Storm Shadow missiles joining the war effort – was a “significant development”.
He explained: “Since day one, Putin and his close associates have threatened a nuclear attack if we escalate it, and today is the 1,000th day of this conflict, and that has not happened.
“This should encourage our leaders, who must now realize that Putin’s threats are completely hollow.
“With the Russian boxer on the ropes, now is the time to allow the Ukrainians to land the killing blow and be in a really good position for the expected ceasefire.”
He added: “The fact that the Russians have been so vehement in their verbal attacks against the use of NATO missiles shows that this is a significant step.
“This could allow Ukraine to gain a good position [the next] six weeks which will be important for Zelensky if Trump forces a ceasefire after he returns to office.”
