Sexyy Red started the new year with big plans to go under the knife.
The rapper, whose real name is Janae Nierah Wherry, shared before and after photos of her recent breast augmentation performed by Dr. Marcelo Ghersi.
On her social media platforms, the 26-year-old posted a picture of herself before the surgery, including a selfie in which she was dressed in a hospital gown. “I didn’t want small anymore, I’m coming back big,” she wrote alongside a photo shared on X (formerly Twitter) on January 9.
While seemingly alluding to a breast augmentation, TMZ reported that the singer appears to have “rearranged things” to alleviate back pain and improve the appearance of her breasts while clothed. The outlet also revealed that the recent surgery was her third.

After finishing the treatment, Sexyy Red praised her doctor on Instagram Stories, writing: “My chest looks so much better, thank you so much @drghersi.”
On January 10, she reposted content about her surgery. In a video posted to X and Instagram, Sexyy Red filmed her new bosom patched up with what appeared to be tape and secured with a recovery bra, which she displayed in a plunging striped top.

“Yal some hater 30K on top tits [sic],” she wrote over the clip, allegedly hinting at how much she paid for the biting and jerking.
Despite having undergone surgery relatively recently, Sexyy Red is scheduled to appear at Mr. Nightclub. Jones in Miami.
