Razak Khan (1951-2016) was an Indian actor who worked mainly in Bollywood films. Razak is known for his comedy roles in films such as Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998), Baadshah (1999), Hello Brother (1999), Akhiyon Se Goli Maare (2002) and Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005). He died of cardiac arrest on June 1, 2016, at Sheesha restaurant in Mumbai.

In 1993, Razak Khan made his Bollywood debut with the movie “Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja”, playing the role of Keshav.
In 1997, he played Nadi Dinna Changezi in the movie “Ishq”.
In 1999, he appeared in the film Baadshah, playing Manikchand alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Twinkle Khanna. In the same year, Razak starred in two films, “Hello Brother” as Ninja Chacha and Haseena Maan Jaayegi as Fainku.

On June 1, 2016, 65-year-old Razak Khan breathed his last due to cardiac arrest at Sheesha restaurant in Mumbai. He reportedly felt chest discomfort and was immediately rushed to Holy Family Hospital in Bandra, but hospital authorities declared him dead on arrival. He was buried at Nariyalwadi Kabristan in Byculla, Mumbai. Filmmaker Priyadarshan in an interview expressed condolences on the death of Razak Khan and said:
“I just found out. It’s just so sad. He and I have done a lot of movies together and he’s a great actor.”
