‘RHOC’: The Hits Keep Coming as 1 Woman Says She’s a ‘Punching Bag’ and Another Feels Socked ‘in the Stomach’

Ladies from The Real Housewives of Orange County they come to blows.

On Wednesday’s episode of the Bravo show, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, Tamra Judge and Shannon Storms Beador opened up about their frustrations with Heather Dubrow and the alleged rumors she’s been spreading around the group.

Last week, Emily claimed that Heather told her that Shannon talked behind her back at BravoCon — allegations that both sides have vehemently denied. While they were on a snorkeling trip during the cast’s trip to Mexico, Emily admitted she was “so freaking irritated” by Heather’s new claims, and Shannon admitted she had no idea where the rumors came from.

“What’s the point of telling Emily, ‘Shannon said something horrible about you, but I can’t tell you?’ To make you angry with me?” The 59-year-old addressed the ladies before adding to the cameras: “I thought she was my friend. So I want to get to the bottom of why Heather says negative things about me to other people, or about me all the time.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Heather was almost pushed to her breaking point when Gina jokingly mentioned how she finally followed her on Instagram despite being friends for years.

As the group burst into laughter, Heather admitted that she unfollowed most of them when she “left her friend group” in 2016 because she didn’t want to feel “FOMO” (fear of missing out) watching the ladies and their antics on social media.

“I know, but do you understand, when you say you feel like you don’t fit, maybe it’s because of things like that?” Emily asked, to which Heather quickly replied, “I’m sure it’s all my fault.”

When Heather tried to say she felt attacked, Tamra told her to keep calm because she was “getting defensive” and added, “Shut up, Dubrow.”

The former actress then hung up and quickly resumed, although she told the cameras that she felt she was “100% a punching bag on this trip.”

“Everybody asks me to breathe wrong, chew inappropriately, there’s nothing – there’s nothing I can do right,” Heather admitted. “I just want to be quiet and let this trip end.”

Upon arriving at her destination, Heather exited the vehicle and told the ladies that she wanted to “go home” after being “screwed” by the other ladies.

“All these girls are so freaking demanding of everything I say or do,” she tearfully told the producers. “I hate them all, I just want to go home. I hate them.”

Over dinner, Heather seemed to let go of her grievances with cast members and told Vicki Gunvalson she was “happy” to hear she wasn’t jumping headfirst into her new relationship. Her peace was short-lived when Tamra claimed she said, “Shannon isn’t everything when it comes to John [Janssen]” during the cast’s trip to Montana.

“There’s nothing wrong with saying that Shannon isn’t all about her relationship,” Heather said in the confessional after denying her allegations. “But the way Tamra keeps saying it to try to make Shannon mad at me — what’s Tamra’s problem?”

“I feel like the comments you made to me made me feel like you understood,” said Shannon, who then told Heather to watch her words. “You know what, I don’t want to be controlled by the police anymore. Not everyone says the right word every time, I was going to say ‘she gets it’.”

When Shannon continued to put Heather in the hot seat about BravoCon, she doubled down on claims that she never told Emily that Shannon was talking “s—” but that Tamra was.

“I was repeating what you told me,” Tamra joked. “That ‘I’m with a bunch of fucking losers’.”

Heather denied Tamra’s claims and insisted her words were “twisted” because she was referring to Dr. Jen Armstrong and Noella Bergener. With a flurry of accusations, Gina – hurt by Heather’s alleged comments – stood up and left the table.

“This is like a punch in the stomach,” Gina said to the cameras. “I was good friends with Heather. I was good to her. I defended her and all the time you say bad things about me to other people.”

Heather seemed to be just as angry with Gina for believing Tamra over her after warning her about Tamra’s antics in the past. “I’m done with the show, I’m going out,” she told the producers after leaving the table.
