Brynn Whitfield and Ubah Hassan clashed as the Housewives tried to resolve their many feuds in Part 2 The Real Housewives of New York reunion.
Before delving into Ubah’s drama with Erin Dana Lichy during the cast’s trip to Anguilla, host Andy Cohen asked which Housewives he believed the supermodel, 40, “overreacted” to a phone-stealing prank played on her by a real estate professional (36). .

As Brynn and Jenna Lyons raised their hands, Ubah explained why a prank gone wrong caused such a reaction.
“My job – we travel a lot,” she said. “And most of the time in places where there’s no phone service, and my family does [in] another time zone. So they got tired of worrying about me. And they said: ‘Do us a favor, travel the world, do whatever you want. In the morning, participate in a group conversation. Join the group chat in the evening.’ So they know.”
“Also, I have a job,” she added.

On the Bravo show’s season 14 episode 11, Ubah and Erin clashed when Erin decided to hide Ubah’s phone as a form of revenge after Ubah playfully pushed Erin into the pool.
The founder of Ubah Hota was not amused and became frustrated when she found out that her phone was deliberately hidden, and the failed attempt at humor escalated into a multi-day conflict.
The next day, Erin misheard a conversation in which Ubah mentioned her name and flew into a rage. Reacting to the perceived hostility, Ubah grabbed the sunglasses from Erin’s face and stated that she would not return them for “45 minutes”. During the episode, things got even more tense as Erin left lunch and dinner early, and ended up breaking down in tears, claiming she was “afraid to be friends” with her.

Jenna noted that “none of us knew” about the deal she made with her family members for her own safety. And while her anger made “total sense,” the former J.Crew director admitted she felt her reaction was “really over the top” without “context.”
“Jenna, I just want to make [it] very clear to you. I didn’t react, ask her,” Ubah replied, pointing to Jessel Taanko, his friend on the bed during the trip. “I cried in the room with her. I said ‘How can she do that?’ …. Then I went to sleep. I woke up in the morning.”
Jessel added: “And she said to me, ‘Let me calm down and I’ll talk to her in the afternoon.'”
“I give you the grace to say nothing all morning. I miss breakfast, and now you’re telling me not to mention your name? I just want to bury you,” Ubah continued, addressing Erin.

The model said she felt “bright” after Erin told her she texted Jessel that she took her phone even though they couldn’t find the text after combing through their exchanges.
Erin shared that she sent a text to the group chat and alluded to where her phone was by sending a devil emoji and a thinking emoji, and admitted that some people might not understand the “semantics” of her message.
“I felt like you were spitting on me and trying to throw Jessel under the bus,” Ubah admitted.
As the pair began apologizing for their roles in their feud, Brynn cut the conversation short and said, “I feel like I’m in a crazy town right now, like f*ck. It’s also just called ‘Find My iPhone?’ It’s called location sharing.”

Ubah was immediately enraged by Brynn’s flippant comments. As her voice rose, Brynn said, “You don’t want to go there with me, I’m the only one who isn’t afraid of you.”
Brynn claimed she was sharing her location with her brother as another single girl traveling, while Ubah remarked, “You might be dead and your phone is on.”
Andy tried to start a conversation and mentioned how Jenna told the cameras that she got a taste of Ubah’s “hot” nature after she invited her to her home without telling her there would be cameras.
Ubah resented Jenna’s confessional, retorting that she wasn’t angry – she was assertive. Brynn interrupted Ubah again and said she wasn’t “intrusive”.
“Maybe you don’t know how to be loved or how to stand up for yourself,” she retorted, prompting Brynn to say, “Watch what you say,” and claim she’s not “afraid” of confronting her.
“You put people in the hospital? I sent people to the funeral home,” she continued, adding that she’s “half black and half Irish.”
“I will… bury them, don’t speak for me. Half Irish? I am Somali,” Ubah replied.

The businesswoman also confronted Jenna for claiming she was “Team Erin” during their fight in Anguilla and admitted her feelings were hurt when no one rushed to her defence.
“You know I wanted to cry when I was arguing with her?” Ubah said, before bursting into tears. “Because she is the closest to me in this group. You know, I knew I was going to lose her and none of you stood up for me. None of you, and I got up [for] each of you.”
“I’m just so tired of being nice and nice to people and nobody’s got my back,” she cried, as Brynn handed her a tissue and Erin hugged her across the stage to comfort her.
