- In May 2011, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He was stopped by police at a routine checkpoint in Los Angeles that morning, and an officer smelled alcohol on his breath. He subsequently took a field sobriety test, but failed to complete it. He refused breath and blood tests and was subsequently arrested and released on $25,000 bail.
