- In May 2011, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He was stopped by police at a routine checkpoint in Los Angeles that morning, and an officer smelled alcohol on his breath. He then took a field sobriety test but failed to complete it. He was arrested after refusing a breath and blood test, and his bail was set at $25,000.
