Ritu Khanduri is an Indian political leader. She won the 2022 Uttarakhand Assembly elections on the ticket of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In March 2022, she was elected as the first female speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. She also serves as the leader of the Uttarakhand Mahila Morcha unit of the BJP.

She won the election for the first time in the 2017 assembly elections from Yankeshwar constituency, defeating former minister Surendra Singh Negi. In 2022, she contested the assembly elections in Kodwar constituency on the name of the Bharatiya Janata Party and won by a wide margin. In March 2022, she was appointed as the sixth Speaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
