Signature One: Built as a resort rather than a residence, Signature One offers 25 ultra-luxury residences spread across five five-storey towers. Each apartment occupies an entire floor, these uniquely designed homes are Vastu-compliant and set amidst lush landscaped surroundings, ensuring exclusivity and privacy. The super-exclusive penthouses feature private infinity pools (a first in Hyderabad) and stunning views of the city.

- He is an extrovert, but also has a quiet side; he has his own dreams. He quits drinking, smoking, and even carbonated drinks. He advocates a clean lifestyle and inspires many people to follow his footsteps and exercise.
- His coach, friend, mentor, and guide is Faiyaz Khan.
- He is trained in the Thai combat sport Muay Thai.
- His family is close to many of the biggest names in the Indian film industry. His mother Pratima Reddy’s friendship with late Bollywood actress Sridevi is well known in the industry. When it comes to dedication, persistence and perseverance, no one can match RR. We don’t have a training plan; every day is a new workout – weights, TRX, kettlebells, functional training, Yoga Lattics (a combination of yoga and Pilates), long runs, bike rides. I don’t believe in fads and trends – people need to eat clean and healthy, train smart and give their bodies time to recover. Diets don’t work. Portion control is the key.”

- Style and fine living are RR’s motto and are an innate part of him. He flaunts his custom-made clothes and lavish lifestyle without reservation. As a self-made man who is extremely proud of it, Rohit sees no reason to be humble. He believes it is important to cultivate individuality; hence, he has his own brand. He draws inspiration from the likes of Richard Branson and Donald Trump, who live lavish lifestyles and are the face of their businesses.
Style is personal. It has nothing to do with brands. It has everything to do with how you carry yourself. If you have the guts, you can pull off almost any style…with a smile.
- Of course, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t appreciate designer clothes. RR’s purpose-built 5,000 square feet of wardrobe is stocked with pieces from the who’s who of the designer world, including Manish Malhotra, Shantanu & Nikhil, Tom Ford, Gucci and Armani, among others.
- Rohit’s encounter with fashion also extends to the business world. A pioneer in all fields, he introduced high-end fashion to Hyderabad in the early 2000s by opening one of the first stores exclusively selling designer wear, called ‘Strip’. He was the first to bring fashion shows to the city in collaboration with Blender’s Pride; he even walked for them.
