Romeo Beckham Celebrates Girlfriend Mia Regan’s 21st Birthday: ‘I Love You So Much’

Romeo Beckham celebrates his longtime love on her birthday.

On Sunday, the footballer posted a carousel of cute photos with his girlfriend Mia Regan on the occasion of her 21st birthday.

“HAPPY 21st beautiful girl, I love you so much ♥️♥️,” he captioned the post, which included two solo photos of the model, as well as a photo of the couple dancing together on a night out. Romeo’s golden puppy is also featured in two photos.

The model shared her gratitude for the love by commenting “❤️❤️” on her beau’s post.

Regan shared her gratitude for the love she received on her birthday on her Instagram Story, writing: “Thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes, a heart full of love!! Happy 21.”

She also shared a photo of some new ink added to her boyfriend’s already impressive collection of tattoos, as Beckham, 21, got “Mooch” — which is apparently the model’s nickname, as it appears on her Instagram profile — tattooed on her right arm, just above the elbow.

The model and her beau celebrated at Bacchanalia restaurant in Mayfair on Sunday night, and the photo she shared of Romeo’s new ink was taken during the dinner.

The couple has been together since May 2019, and in May they celebrated their four-year anniversary.

Romeo — who follows in the footsteps of his father, David Beckham, and plays for Brentford FC in the English Premier League — wrote on Instagram at the time, “4 years around the world with you xx I love you @mimimoocher 🤍. ”

They had their first appearance on the red carpet in 2021 at the British Fashion Awards, and Regan admitted that she sought advice from the mother of her young expert, Victoria Beckham.

Even when I’m just talking about what I’m wearing with her, what kind of nails and makeup I’m going to choose, it’s nice to have a figure like that, Regan said. Vogue the help of a fashion designer before the event.

Their first public appearance together took place a few months earlier, at Wimbledon.

Regan and Victoria’s relationship became particularly close, and the two collaborated professionally in 2022 when they released a six-piece denim capsule for the Spice Girls label of the same name.

The fashion designer, 49, told Vogue of her son’s girlfriend, “Mia has always had a unique approach to fashion and styling. I love that she’s fun and isn’t afraid to try new things when it comes to her personal style, which is reflected in the capsule.”

Victoria added: “This capsule is totally Mia. And I love that.”

Regan and Romeo reportedly split in July 2022 due to distance, but their separation was short-lived. Just five months later, Romeo shared a post with the model on Instagram, showing that their relationship was back on.

The pair often share their love on social media, and on Romeo’s 21st birthday in September, Regan celebrated her sweetheart with a sweet post.

“HAPPY THIRD BIRTHDAY SWEET RO ROOOOO❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥,” she wrote in the caption while sharing a carousel of lovers and a solo photo of the soccer player. “my love for you = 5eva xxxx thank you for being the best xxxxx.”

He returned the love and wrote in the comments: “I love you ♥️.”
