She gained popularity in 2008 for her role in Zee TV’s popular show Chotti Bahu, in which she played the role of Radhika. She became a well-known figure in the Indian television industry in 2016 when she played a transgender woman named Soumya Singh in Colors TV’s show “Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki”. Rubina participated in the Indian reality show Bigg Boss Season 14 in 2020 and became the winner of the show.
