Ryan Dorsey was born as Ryan Keith Dorsey (37 years old in 2020) on Tuesday, July 19, 1983 in Charleston, West Virginia. Her zodiac sign is Cancer.
He entered Western Carolina University as a theater major but dropped out after one semester. He then enrolled at West Virginia University. A year later, he auditioned and was accepted to the New York Academy of Dramatic Arts.

He has a son named Josey Hollis Dorsey (born September 17, 2015).

In November 2017, Ryan called 911 and reported that Naya was drunk and assaulted him during an argument. Naya was subsequently arrested for assaulting Ryan.

- Originally he dreamed of being a baseball player, but after starring in Ayn Rand’s play “The Night of January 16th” in high school, he decided to become an actor.
- Ryan and Naya dated for a short time in 2010. Naya dated other men but stayed in touch with Ryan and eventually married him in 2014. Naya wrote about Ryan in her memoir, Sorry Not Sorry:
When we reconnected, I thought, Oh my god, you keep coming back into my life, and there’s a reason we keep getting back together.”

- On July 8, 2020, his ex-wife Naya and son Josie went boating on Lake Piru. According to reports, both mother and son went swimming, but a few hours later, only Josie was on the boat, and Naya disappeared. A few days later, her body was found, and drowning was the cause of her death.
