Ryan Seacrest celebrates his wonderful New Year’s Eve moment with a Jelly Roll.

During Sunday evening Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest special for 2024, the country music star, 39, inadvertently created an adorable, viral moment when he was so ecstatic after his performance that he hugged and lifted Seacrest, 49.

After clips of the couple’s embrace made the rounds on social media, Seacrest had a little fun on Monday responding to fan requests for someone to make a GIF of the interaction.

The TV star took to her Instagram Story to share a clip of herself wishing the “Wild Ones” singer a happy new year and his joyful response, as well as a hilarious post from one fan about how they can’t stop watching it.

“I need someone to make this as a GIF right now,” wrote a fan. “There is no greater joy than meeting Jelly Roll with Ryan Seacrest on New Year’s Eve. Striker! I can’t stop watching it.”

On the next slide of his Story, Seacrest made a GIF of the memorable moment, writing “Done ✅” alongside it.

In an original clip from ABC’s annual holiday special, the host approached the singer-songwriter on stage after his set ended, only to be greeted with a big hug that sent him bouncing off the ground.

“Good to see! Congratulations!” the On Air with Ryan Seacrest said the host as Jelly Roll held him and exclaimed, “I love you, man!”

“I love you too, man,” the TV personality replied after he lay down. “So much texture in your music and your performance.”

“What a year this has been,” he continued. “Congratulations on the Grammy nominations as well. Can you believe it?”

Jelly Roll (whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord) then talked about how much he appears on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve meant to him. “I’ve been watching this show since I was a kid, and standing here next to Ryan Seacrest on New Year’s Eve in New York — what a crazy dream come true to go into 2024 as a Grammy-nominated artist, baby,” he gushed.

During the performance, the CMA winner took the stage and performed a three-song medley: his latest single “Halfway to Hell,” the 2023 hit “Wild Ones” and 2022’s “Need a Favor.” Whitsitt Chapel.

The live performance of the “Son of a Sinner” artist on the program rounded off a big year in which he received his first Grammy nominations. The musician is up for the coveted Best New Artist award at the 2024 Grammys, as well as Best Country Duo/Group Performance for his collaboration with Lainey Wilson, “Save Me.”

In December, the country star reflected on his tumultuous year in an interview with PEOPLE and opened up about the progress he’s made since battling addiction.

“I’ve always said that if I’m ever in this situation, I’ll do whatever I can to fight back,” he said. “The fact that just showing up in places can make people happy is such a gift and I feel like God gave me that gift, I should show up.”
