Involved in Sudhir Suri murder case
On the afternoon of Friday, November 4, 2022, Shiv Sena leader Sudhir Suri of Punjab held a protest outside the Gopal Temple in the Kashmir Avenue area of Amritsar (Punjab), Because he found locals throwing pictures and idols of Hindu gods on the ground. ground. Sandeep managed to escape from the monastery with the help of his supporters. Punjabi Sikh activist Joga Singh and his aides chased his SUV and damaged the windows.
He sustained minor injuries and was immediately rushed to DMC Hospital in Ludhiana. After receiving first aid, Sandeep returned to Amritsar. He later blamed Chaugha Singh Khalistani for the attack. A few days later, Sandeep hit Joghar Singh’s motorcycle from behind and both were seriously injured. On October 6, 2016, Joga Singh Khalistani, a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar youth wing, was hit and killed by an Innova car on the back of his motorcycle. A case has been registered against Sandeep Singh and six others. It is reported that Sandeep was never detained, while the others were released on bail shortly after the accident.
