Sarah Todd is an Australian model, chef, restaurateur, public speaker and author. She became popular for making Indian dishes like Aloo Gobhi at MasterChef Australia 2014, her sixth edition, and has since opened two restaurants in India, written two books on cooking and Traveled extensively across India to learn about Indian cuisine dishes. She has competed in other versions of MasterChef Australia and has also appeared on television. She declared herself an India lover.

In the same year, she also filmed the show “Good Chef” and tried her hand at cooking local Fijian cuisine. Filmed by the Australian Center for International Agricultural Research in Australia, the show showcases Fijian cooking techniques.
In 2018, she opened her second restaurant, The Wine Rack, in Mumbai. Her business partner is again Ashish Kapur. She also produced a TV series called My Second Restaurant in India, which was again broadcast by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Special Broadcasting Service. She was invited again to participate in MasterChef 2020, but she declined due to professional commitments. In 2022, she was invited to compete again and won second place. When asked about her career, she said:
“I’ve always been curious and loved learning new things. When I was young I tried a lot of different things and kept looking for what I really enjoyed doing. Luckily, a modeling career was something that just happened, but it didn’t excite me inside. So when I started cooking, and when my son was born, I realized how passionate I was about it. I knew this was something I wanted to explore and make a career out of, so I gave I gave myself a year to turn it into a career or go back to modeling as it was also a stable career option. However, everything just snowballed and I haven’t looked back since. ”
In 2022, she participated in the Gastrobeats 2022 Culinary Masters in Singapore.
