Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have sat side-by-side on This Morning sofa for 13 years to bring viewers the hottest stories and entertainment news, real-life dilemmas, and celebrity interviews language. But the once-popular TV presenter duo are no longer the faces of the ITV show after the veteran broadcaster announced his departure. This morning after 20 years.

In 2016, Phillip and Schofield traveled with their family to sunny Portugal. Phillip will be vacationing with now-separated wife Stephanie Lowe and their two daughters, Molly and Ruby, while Holly will be traveling with husband Dan Baldwin and their three children, Harry, Belle and Chester.

Many photos from their trip that year went viral. The TV duo can be seen frolicking in the sea, Holly wearing a t-shirt that reads: ‘I [heart] PS”, while Phillip read: “I [heart] HW.” This is, of course, a reference to Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston, who were seen wearing the same shirts while walking. Phillip later shared the photos on Instagram, with the caption: “# Willowfield.”

In addition to their quality time abroad, previous presenting partners are often seen together at award ceremonies, including the National Television Awards and BAFTA TV. One memorable moment, seen in the photo below, features the couple hosting This Morning the morning after a particularly drunken NTA and they are happily lying on the couch dressed from the night before.

After Phillip left ITV, the broadcaster said he thought there was “no future” for his television career and revealed that he was no longer in contact with Holly. Phillip told the BBC’s Amol Rajan that the pair no longer speak to each other and that he texted his friend saying he was “so sorry” for lying to her, but she did not respond to the message. his message.
