The Seinfeld star, 64, hilariously demonstrates why Mike’s Amazing is the perfect BLT choice as he plays eight different characters in a new ad for spice brand Chefler Foods.

In the new ad, Alexander begins by looking at a diner in a diner and asking the waitress, “How’s the tilapia?” Alexander, portraying a waitress in a black wig and blue uniform, replies, “Never order tilapia for a restaurant, honey.”

The voice, which turns out to be a mob version of Alexander, offers the same advice, saying, “Never order tilapia for a restaurant.”

After the line cook, also played by Alexander, screams from the background, “Oh, never!” Alexander, in a pink blouse and colorful hair clips, says: “Oh, never!”

Then, various members of the diner tell Alexander “Have a BLT”, the waitress says, “When Mike Amazing is around, you get a BLT.” Alexander then gleefully adds Mike’s Amazing to his sandwich after it arrives on his table.

In a statement to the public, the actor said, “I loved that Mike’s Amazing came up with the idea of ​​portraying all the oddball types of people who inhabited my neighborhood diner when I was growing up.”

“It was a nostalgic day for me, nibbling on some pretty great sandwiches with a bunch of wonderful creatives and crew. Congratulations to everyone for making it,” he added.

In addition to starring in a new commercial, Alexander is also busy performing in a Chicago Shakespeare Theater production Judgment Day.

In the production, which runs through Sunday, June 2, Alexander plays “corrupt, morally bankrupt lawyer” Sammy Camp.

According to the synopsis, after being threatened with “eternal damnation after a near-death experience” by a terrifying angel, Campo “forms an unlikely bond with a Catholic priest who is having his own crisis of faith.”

He was interested in the role because of the “convincing” nature of his character.
