Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are great party hosts!

The couple threw a pajama-themed birthday party for Gomez’s BFF Nicola Peltz Beckham — who turned 29 on Jan. 9 — in photos posted Saturday, with Gomez hosting guests in what appeared to be her home while Blanco provided the delicious food for fun .

“I’m so thankful for all the beautiful and kind people in my life, all my best friends surprised me for my birthday with a pajama dinner and we played games (my god!),” Nicola wrote as she shared a post on the carousel party trick on Instagram.

“Thank you all so much for making me feel so loved,” she continued. “I love you all very much and thank you Benny for preparing the best food ever, and you and Sel for being the hosts 😭😭🍔🥂.”

In one photo, Gomez, 31, and Nicola hugged at the party as they were joined by Gomez’s younger sister Gracie Elliott Teefy, 10. The trio wore matching black pajamas with a white trim and were seen again in another photo with a group of friends wearing the same pajamas during the celebration.

Nicola posed with Gracie for another sweet photo outside as they held hands as they stood in front of some pink balloons outside what appeared to be Gomez’s house. The couple also took a selfie together in the same look.

Nicola’s large birthday cake was revealed to have an enlarged pink photo of her face displayed on top with light pink iced roses on the side and a plaque reading ‘Happy Birthday Nicola.’

Gomez opened her home to guests for entertainment.

The final group photo shows Gomez and Nicola striking a pose in their pajamas with party guests, including Nicola’s husband Brooklyn Beckham and Blanco, 35, who sat off to the side and flashed a peace sign.

In an Instagram Story video Nicola shared from the party, guests sang “Happy Birthday” to her as they gathered in the kitchen as Gomez lit her birthday cake.

“I love you so much 😭❤️🎀,” Nicola captioned the video. “Oh, I’m so embarrassing 😭😂,” she added jokingly.

Nicola shared on Instagram how grateful she was for the surprise.

Gomez’s night out with boyfriend Blanco comes after the pair — whose romance was confirmed in December 2023 — made their debut as a couple at the 2024 Golden Globes last Sunday.

On Jan. 5, a source told PEOPLE that Gomez is “super happy and present” in her new relationship and “seems like she’s really feeling good right now.”

“Maybe it’s Benny or maybe it’s just where she’s at personally and professionally,” the insider added. “Everybody’s so happy she’s happy.”
