We played in the U-19 series together, then we played in the World Cup together, then we played together at Kolkata Knight Riders, then we played for Team India and now for Gujarat Titans. I want to get picked by the Gujarat Titans because I am excited to play with them. I heard that the leaders and captains here are very good. I’ve met them all before. The nature and atmosphere of the team is very good, which is why I want to be selected by GT. I played for India with Hardik Bhaiya and he supported me a lot during my debut. He didn’t make me feel any pressure. Obviously when you play your first game there is a lot of pressure on you but he told me not to worry about bowling. He suggested me to bowl like I did during IPL and Ranji. For a young person, it feels great to have such support. ”
