Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are making progress on their dream home in Texas!
The Olympic gold medalist, 27, shared another look at the massive waterfront home she’s building with her NFL star husband, 28, on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 12.
In the collage-style post, Biles offered a sneak peek at walls and floors featuring black and white geometric designs.
The other two photos show more of the stunning waterfront view from which the property overlooks. One room has hardwood floors and large sliding glass doors that open to what appears to be a back patio.

Biles has been documenting the construction process on social media since September 2023.
In February, she shared a series of photos of Owens admiring the progress of their home. One shot showed the Green Bay Packers player standing on a rooftop as he soaked in the tranquil view of the water.

Another image included in the mix was of Owens standing on what appeared to be a front door with his arms outstretched. A ladder and other construction materials can be seen in the background behind him.

As the home begins to take shape, Biles hasn’t been afraid to share the setbacks that come with building a home from the ground up with her followers.
In a series of Instagram stories in November 2023, the gymnast revealed that she had discovered some problems during the second day of what she called “walking for trim.”
“Yesterday I was here from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m….🥴,” she wrote along with a video that played across the high ceilings in the house. “I thought it was going to take 30 minutes, and I had no idea what I was getting into.”

Although she did not elaborate on what exactly went wrong, she said she had to ask her father and husband for help.
“Yesterday I called my dad for backup before I panicked! but I’ve made so much progress and I’m so proud of myself,” she wrote at the time. “Jonathan will deal with the bottom line oops……..hope I did it decently and thought everything through.”

Biles and Owens were officially married in April 2023 at a Houston courthouse, followed a few weeks later by an extravagant second wedding in Mexico. They first met on the dating app Raya in March 2020.
