Sneha Dubey is a 2012-batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer. In September 2021, she gained international recognition for criticizing Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) for abusing the international platform of the UNGA to spread false propaganda, supporting terrorism and mentioning the Kashmir issue in her speech. In response to Imran Khan’s speech, Sneha Dubey gave a speech on September 25, 2021 which went viral on social media and her brilliant reply to Imran Khan won praised by millions of Indians.

Sneha Dubey was born in 1993 in Jamshedpur (Tata Nagar), Jharkhand (28 years old; as of 2021). She completed her school education from Manovis School in Margao, Goa. After completing her education, she went to Ferguson College, Pune in 2008 for her graduation. In 2010, she pursued her Masters in Geography and Geopolitics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.

Sneha said Pakistan was responsible for breeding terrorism in its backyard and therefore violence was being tolerated across the world. In her speech, she also mentioned that Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh were, are and will be an integral part of India. she says,
These were, are and will be an integral part of India. “
She further accused Pakistan of providing shelter to Osama bin Laden, one of the terrorists banned by the United Nations Security Council, and hailed him as a martyr. She added,
Pakistan has a disgraceful record of hosting the largest number of terrorists banned by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). Osama bin Laden found refuge in Pakistan. Even today, Pakistani leaders consider him a martyr. “
During his speech, Sneha recalled the religious and cultural genocide committed against the people of India (now Bangladesh) fifty years ago, which even Pakistan did not acknowledge. she says,
This country still has a despicable record of religious and cultural genocide against the people of what is now Bangladesh in our region. This year, as we mark the 50th anniversary of this horrific historical event, we fail to even acknowledge it, let alone hold it accountable. “

She further elaborated on Pakistan’s traditional history of supporting, breeding, nurturing, and assisting terrorism. She holds Pakistan responsible for the spread of terror around the world. she says,

- Sneha was born in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Her father was an engineer with a cable company in Jamshedpur. Soon after the cable TV company in Jamshedpur closed down, he joined a multinational company in Goa. Soon the family moved to Goa. Sneha received her schooling from a local school in Goa. In 2003, she secured first position in Class 10th class at Manowikas School in Margao, Goa.
