Salley Carson opens about the cosmetic procedure that has been subjected to because she thought she liked her ex-fiancé-but now turning the procedure.
Thursday, January 30, episode South charmWho,, Bachelor Alum, 30, revealed in an interview with the newly married series Molly O’Connell, 37, that she had implants for breasts when she was engaged to her ex -boyfriend.
“I got them when I was with my ex,” Carson says O’Connell in one scene. “I thought he liked it. I just felt like I did it for the wrong reason.”

During the episode on Thursday, Molly also revealed that she had made an increase in breast transfer fat. According to the Cleveland Clinic, cosmetic surgeons use liposuction to remove fat from the person’s body and then inject purified fat cells into the chest to increase the size of the glass. This procedure can be less risky than the use of an implant, the clinic adds.
“I got my ankle liposuction and the calf, then pushed it into my boobs because I didn’t have a boobie,” joked in acknowledgment.
“The guys say I look great,” Carson added.
Carson had previously been honest because of her separation from her former engagement, both of them on South charm and her stands on a variety of Bachelor Franchises, including the Clayton Echarda season.

“When I was 22, I got engaged,” Carson recalled in the episode 16 of January. South charm. “We had a big house and liked it, he wanted the kids, and I thought I had everything.
