Paul Wesley plays Lieutenant James T. Kirk, who has just been promoted to first officer of the USS Farragut. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Kirk found many reasons to visit the USS Enterprise, commanded by Captain Christopher Pike (Anson Mount) in Season 2. After being contacted by Lieutenant Ran Noonien-Singh (Christina Chong), Kirk boarded the Enterprise to learn how to be a first officer from Lieutenant Oona Chin-Riley (Rebecca Romijn) aka Number One.
