Acharya Yashpal Sudhanshu Maharaj was born on Monday, 2 May 1955 (age 66; as of 2021) in Haripur village, Saharanpur Behat, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Taurus. After completing his studies, he joined Gurukul and continued his studies in the university. At the age of 20, he joined the classes of Shri Nandkishore, professor of philosophy in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He also gathered knowledge from sage Shri Prakashanand Ji.

The beginning of the spiritual journey
According to his official website, during his childhood he began illuminating the sanskaras of his past lives. From that time on, he became interested in spirituality. At the age of seven, he acquired knowledge of various Hindu mantras and shlokas. After receiving shiksha from masters like Yogiraj Pujyapad and Swami Sadanand Ji Maharaj, he started practicing spirituality in various parts of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In 1998, he founded Karuna Sindhu Charity Hospital at Anand Dham Ashram in Delhi to provide free medical services to the needy. The organization has established two ashrams or orphanages, including Vishwa Jagriti Mission and Devdoot Bal Ashrams, to provide free education to underprivileged children. Under the mission, two government schools were established in Ranchi, Jharkhand, providing free books, uniforms and mid-day meals to more than 700 tribal children. In 2021, a school named Gyandeep Vidyalaya was opened in Faridabad, Haryana, where nearly 700 girls and 300 boys are receiving education. Most of the children studying in this school were students who had been beggars and child laborers in the early days. In July 2018, a Gurukul named Siddhidham Ashram was established in Kanpur, and a school named Maharishi Ved Vyas Updeshak Mahavidyalaya was established in May 2019 to train preachers or dharma practitioners to spread peace, love , harmony and spiritual message. As of 2022, the organization has more than 65 branches around the world, as well as 22 nursing homes and 3 charity hospitals.

Criminal case filed by businessman
In 2015, Indian businessman Mansinghka filed a petition against Sudhanshu Maharaj and his charitable trust Vishwa Jagriti Mission for providing him with false donation receipts. Subsequently, a Shahjapur court issued an arrest warrant against Sudhanshu Maharaj for issuing false donation receipts to a businessman. Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh High Court ordered him to appear before the Judicial Magistrate of Shahjapur, but as he failed to appear, a warrant for his arrest was issued.

Sudhanshu Maharaj along with Khandelwal received precious houses and jewelery from her along with a donation of around Rs 7.5 lakh. The elderly woman claims they both told her that in return for the donation, the organization would look after her for the rest of her life. She is also cared for when she is sick, but when a woman is sick, she is not cared for. Later, the woman’s relatives came to take her for treatment. “
Krishna was also reportedly threatened by the people of Sultanshu Maharaj and Devendra Khandelwal.When reporters asked Khandelwal what he thought about the whole incident, he said
