Tamar Braxton Says She Feels ‘Violated’ After Her Car Was Burglarized at Home: ‘I’m Not Safe Anywhere’

Tamar Braxton fears for her safety after she says her car was broken into at her home.

On Monday, Queens Court The 46-year-old star shared clips from security camera footage on Instagram, which showed a group of people removing items from a black car, parked in what appeared to be an apartment complex’s garage.

“I was robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere,” she wrote in the post. “I don’t know why they keep abusing me.”

The singer continued: “I had a lot in the car because I don’t live anywhere because I’m not safe anywhere with anyone💔🤷🏽‍♀️”

The singer — who did not identify the exact location of the theft — performed the national anthem before the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday.

Braxton’s rep did not immediately return PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The incident happened almost two years after the four-time Grammy nominee – who got engaged to Queens Court finalist Jeremy “JR” Robinson on the final episode of the Peacock dating show in March — shared that her home in the Los Angeles area had been broken into.

In an Instagram post in November 2021, Braxton Family Values star said the intruder “went through my drawers, broke my mirrors [and] turned my bed upside down” the night before and said the only thing taken from her home during the alleged break-in was a safe.

“This broken, broken man (the one I know) broke into my home and only stole my safe,” Braxton wrote in the message.

Authorities reportedly responded to a radio report of a burglary at a residence in Sherman Oaks, California, E! News, which reported the suspects were already gone when authorities arrived, and the homeowner said American currency was missing.

Addressing the alleged burglar directly in her Instagram post at the time, the ex Really the co-host said, “I want you to know firsthand that I’m not mad. You didn’t break me. You didn’t break me.”

“Your broken ass doesn’t understand that God gave me that home and every thing in it during the pandemic, and also during the time I was all those things. God personally put the pieces of my life back together,” she continued.

“So pumpkin, you didn’t steal me. Those things you took will be returned to me a million times over!!! You took from God!!!” Braxton said. “I know it’s not your revenge [sic] prepared for..but prepare yourself. You really nailed it this time!!”

At the end of her message, Braxton told the alleged thief, “I’m not sure you realize that I’m really a king [sic] the kid and I are VERY special to him. So I’m sure he’ll take this very personally.”
