Taylor Swift went “full throttle” to show her love for boyfriend Travis Kelce during the first London show of her Eras Tour – while he was in the crowd.
While on June 21, he performed “So High School”, winner of 14 Grammys made a surprising move which her boyfriend often uses during Kansas City Chiefs games: use an invisible bow to release an arrow.
“So High School” is a love song, with sharp lyrics about their relationship, in which Swift sings, “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle,” referring to his football talent and her songwriting skills.

In videos and photos taken by fans in the audience, Kelce, 34, can be seen dancing in the list of 46 songs of his superstar i smiling when she pulled out the bow and arrow gesture.
Swift previously used the move while performing “The Archer,” but that song was dropped from the set earlier this year when she replaced older tracks with songs from her latest album, Department for tortured poets.

This is the first time the NFL star has been seen using the arrow gesture during “So High School.” Swift performed the song live in front of him for the first time during a performance on May 12 in Paris.
Another cute moment happened at the end of the show, when Swift performed “Karma” as the concert closer. Swift, as she’s only done a handful of times in the past whenever Kelce attended, changed the lyrics to, “Karma is a Chiefs guy coming straight to my house.”
Friday night’s sold-out show drew a star-studded crowd, including Jason and Kylie Kelce, as well as Prince William and his children with Kate Middleton, among other stars.

The show, her first of three this weekend and a total of eight in London this summer, was the latest in Swift’s long and often turbulent relationship with the English capital.
Even with singers Red in the early 2010s, Swift dropped the city’s name on the bonus track “Come Back…Be Here,” which was speculated to be about her British ex-boyfriend Harry Styles (“But you’re in London and I’m breaking down / ‘Cause it’s not it’s fair that you’re gone”).
Fast forward to Swift’s Reputation and Lover albums — which fans believe are about Swift’s six-year relationship with British actor Joe Alwyn — and references to London are back in full swing. The city was featured as the backdrop for the music video for Reputation song “End Game” and beyond Lover“London Boy”, Swift gives fans a taste of some of her favorite attractions, including Camden Market, Highgate and the West End.

The references continued in Swift’s latest studio album, Department for tortured poetswhere she used the city’s landmarks as metaphors to seemingly mark the end of her relationship with Alwyn (“So Long, London”) — as well as her months of dating British musician and The 1975 frontman Matty Healy in 2023 (“The Black” Dog” ).
On Friday, as part of the show’s surprise song, Swift performed a mashup of three songs “The Black Dog”, “Come Back…Be Here” and “Maroon”.

To celebrate Swift’s Eras Tour performances, the London Eye has announced a “Taylor by Candlelight” performance, where fans can listen to live orchestral performances of Swift’s music on the iconic Ferris wheel and take home exclusive friendship bracelets afterwards.
The city also organized two Swift-themed public art installations, created an online guide for fans to find places mentioned in the singer’s music, and even designed a reimagined subway map with train lines renamed to match each of Swift’s albums.

Between touring in Edinburgh and Liverpool earlier in June, the “Cruel Summer” singer was spotted in London with a star-studded cast of Kate Moss, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Cara Delevingne, Lena Dunham, and Haim sisters Este and Danielle. The bachelorette party came amid news that Healy’s ex had confirmed his engagement to model Gabbriette Bechtel.
To round off the weekend, Swift will perform two more shows at Wembley Stadium on Saturday and Sunday, before hopping across the Irish Sea for a few shows in Dublin.
In mid-August, Swift will return to London again, where she will close the European of Eras Tour with five more shows in the city – bringing in a total of almost 700,000 visitors and generating an estimated £300 million for the city’s economy, according to one estimate from the mayor’s office.
