Taylor Swift’s Versatile Platform Boots Look So Similar to the Comfortable $40 Pair I’ve Been Wearing for Years

There’s a lot to love about Taylor Swift’s return to the spotlight. While seeing her relationship with Travis Kelce in the public eye has been nothing short of mesmerizing, the best part of Swift’s recent influx of outings may just be the star-studded fashion she’s been wearing.

Case in point? Last month, the singer was spotted out to dinner with friend Brittany Mahomes in New York wearing a tailor-made version of her album, Reputation. I first came across Moda Chic platform boots during college in 2019, and Swift’s recent stamp of approval is proof that a good pair of black boots never go out of style. Much like Swift’s designer pair, my boots, which are currently on sale, feature the same rounded toe, chunky heel and ankle, meaning you can style them with dresses, skirts or jeans (my personal favourite).

While I may not be able to speak to the wearability of the singer’s boots, I can attest that these shoes are one of the few pairs in my closet that have stood the test of time.
