Teddi Mellencamp is officially divorcing Edwin Arroyave.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce on Nov. 1 after 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Although the divorce papers were filed on November 1, just one day before she publicly announced the news on social media, Mellencamp (43) listed October 20 as the separation date.
The reality star and mother of three had asked for spousal support to be awarded to her, but asked to end the court’s ability to award spousal support to Arroyave, 47. She also requested primary legal and physical custody of their three children — Slate, 12, Cruz , 10, and Dove, 4 — with “reasonable and frequent” visitation from Arroyave, and that he be responsible for all attorney fees and costs.
According to the documents, the former couple’s assets and debts are “unknown at this time” and will be determined at a later date.
