Chase star Paul Sinha revealed his future in an ITV quiz after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at the age of 49.
Popular TV quizzer Paul, 54, known as The Sinnerman, has appeared on the hit ITV show since 2011.

Paul has now revealed that he will quit the show if his Parkinson’s begins to affect his performance in the quiz show.
“If it ever happened, I would warn the producers about it. I know one day that point will come and I don’t want to be a burden on the show,” he told the Daily Star.
Paul recently opened up about his fears since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.
Paul previously said he was terrified that his Parkinson’s diagnosis would rob him of his quiz skills. saying “my brain is my job”.
He said he wants to stay upbeat and positive as he battles the disease.
Speaking on Loose Women, he said: “I refuse to live in the future. I just want to live in the present and enjoy the present.
“Because I don’t know what my future is. I don’t have a timeline and I don’t know when I’m going to start getting worse.”
Parkinson’s disease is a condition in which parts of the brain become progressively damaged over many years.
He added: “But I have to deal with it, the best I can. How could I not? My brain is my job… I’m worried, I want my brain to be as good as possible.
“What makes me happy is that my brain seems to be working at full speed [potential].”

Sinnerman then revealed that he gets tired occasionally, but still ‘quizzes’ very well.
“I’m tired at times, but anyone who’s questioned with me in the last six months will tell you that I’m really quick to answer questions.
Paul also revealed that he will be quitting The Chase before producers fire him.
“I don’t know what my future is, I don’t know my timeline, I don’t know when I’m going to start failing,” he said.
“I know that when I stop answering questions quickly, The Chase won’t fire me, I’ll say, ‘It was a nice trip, you treated me very well, see you later.'”
