The View's Alyssa Farah Griffin Moves from N.Y.C. to 'the Burbs' — and Her Husband Organized Her Closet!

Alyssa Farah Griffin has found her “forever home.”

Co-host View, 35, shared the news that she and husband Justin Griffin are moving from New York City to a new house in the suburbs in an Instagram post on Wednesday, September 25.

“These kids are traveling to the Burbs!” she began the caption with a photo of the couple posing in front of a view of the NYC skyline at sunset.

Alyssa went on to write that when the executive producer of the ABC show, Brian Teta, called her to let her know he was joining the show in July 2022, Justin agreed to relocate from Washington, DC with just one month’s notice.

“2+ years later we are going to our forever home in the suburbs of New York,” she wrote. “Thanks for the memories, Upper East Side! 🤍”

Alyssa, who previously served as press secretary for both former Vice President Mike Pence and the Department of Defense, shared more details about the move during a chat with Teta on Viewofficial podcast, Behind the table on Thursday 26.09.

She explained that it was a particularly busy day because it coincided with President Joe Biden’s visit to her show.

“We had the movers there until 8:30 last night, so my day was literally morning, hurry up here, get there early, interview the president of the United States, you know get all the feedback that we had when we were physically moving into my new house” , she recalled.

Alyssa went on to say she was “so excited” about the new home, where the couple’s dog was already “zooming around the lawn”. She also gave special praise to Justin because everything went smoothly.

“He managed 99 percent of the move because I had to be here,” she said. “And he said, ‘This is a great day; you have a president. Just focus, don’t rush home.’ ”

While reflecting on the importance of a supportive partner, Alyssa then revealed, “He also helped organize my closet.”

“I’m not good at a lot of feminine things,” she admitted. “But he sent me a picture. He says, ‘Hey, I ended up moving a few things around because I thought this would work better for you. I said ‘stop’. ”

Alyssa added that Justin is currently “sitting at home with nothing to do,” after he skipped a work trip because she didn’t want to be home alone on their second night in the house.

The TV host married Justin, a business and communications consultant, in Vero Beach, Florida on November 6, 2021, after a one-year engagement.

For her husband’s birthday in August 2023, Alyssa posted a sweet photo of the couple, writing, “Happy birthday to my husband, best friend, sweetest person on the planet, and best puppy around. Love you @justinpgriffin ❤️ Here’s to another year of adventures together!”
