Ben, 50, could be seen hitting the gym with his teenage son Sam, 19, as they did pull-ups.
The footage showed the dad and son doing a grueling exercise regime as they attempted to reach their 50-year-old goal.
It’s all part of Ben’s determination to stay fit and healthy for the rest of his life after his birthday.
But fans at home couldn’t believe how big Sam had grown as he towered over his father in the footage.
One said, “He’s a lot bigger than you now, Ben. It won’t be long before Leo is bigger than me.”
Another wrote: “Your son is your double!”
“Woohoo! Big congrats to both of you on those pulls…no small feat! And happy 50th! Hope the celebrations were amazing,” said a third.
While a fourth commented: “Gosh, you can see both you and Annie in Sam.”
Ben also has another teenage son Jack with his wife Annie.
