Pete Davidson stepped out in style for his first red carpet appearance since 2023.
On Monday, December 16, ex Saturday night live the star attended the opening gala All in: Comedy about love on Broadway. The series currently stars Davidson’s longtime friend John Mulaney alongside Renée Elise Goldsberry, Richard Kind and SNLis Fred Armisen.
to go out, Bodies Bodies Bodies the actor, 31, wore a cool outfit consisting of a burnt red leather jacket which he left unbuttoned to show off his plain black shirt and pendant necklace. He paired the eye-catching outfit with black trousers and cream lace-up shoes.
He also sported a new hairstyle that is shorter than his signature hairstyle.
In a video captured by PEOPLE at the event, Davidson can be seen smiling and giving the cameras a thumbs up.

The star-studded gala, which was also attended by Olivia Munn, David Letterman, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, Jon Hamm, Tom Hanks and Martin Short, marks Davidson’s first appearance on the red carpet since last year.
On June 5, 2023, he went to Transformers: Rise of the Beast premiere in Brooklyn, NY, wearing a royal blue velor tracksuit themed to the film, for which he voiced the character Mirage.
It also comes nearly two months after he was spotted during an event at the Intuit Dome wearing an outfit that showed off his nearly ink-free arms in the midst of his tattoo removal journey.

Davidson has just been named creative director of Doublesoul. In an interview with W Magazine posted on Dec. 12, the comedian shared why working with the celebrity-loved sock brand is a perfect match. “They are comfortable and sexy, and the name is cool. Many people come to me with [partnership requests]and I mean, this seems interesting, but I don’t really know how to do it. But everyone needs socks.”

“I got hit in the face with a Hollywood shovel,” he told the newspaper. “It was a long time coming and I needed it. I’m very happy where I am now, mentally.”
“I just want to be known for doing good work,” he added. “I only want to be out when it is [a] film, stand-up, charity or business ventures. Then I want to be seen. I don’t want to be that fucking loser who just dates people. That’s not me.”
