PRINCE Andrew was filmed staring down a young woman’s top at an official engagement.
The Duke of York, currently embroiled in a spying scandal, zoomed in on the event host during a company visit in the early 2000s.

The woman, who was 24 at the time, recalled: “He didn’t leave me alone.
“As soon as he saw me, he rushed over to talk.
“I was young, blonde, slim and attractive.
“He seemed much more inclined to talk to me than a middle-aged doctor.”

She is later shown a picture of him looking at her cleavage in offices in the south of England.
She said: “I was wearing a low-cut top but I had a jacket on so I wasn’t outrageously dressed.
“I must have been listening to my doctor talking and looking at her, so I didn’t notice her staring.
“Andrew obviously had other things on his mind.
“He was more interested in looking at my tits than learning about our business.
“It was kind of creepy.”
