Three teenagers surrounded the 75-year-old man before pushing him, hitting him and hitting his death, he heard a court.
Fredi Rivero died after horror at Islington in northern London on Thursday night.
Three girls aged 14, 16 and 17 appeared today in the Corner Corner Misdemeanor Court accused of murder.
JPS said Fredi stood near the bus stop when the teenagers got off the bus and surrounded it.
Initially, they left before they returned to push and push the older sacrifice.
The teenagers then started hitting and hitting Fredi, heard the court.
One of the students recorded an alleged attack on her cellphone while the OAP fell, prosecutors added.
The schools, who are legally unable to appoint, have been dismissed to be in Old Bailey on March 31.
Fredi was transported to the hospital after the alleged attack, but died the next day.
The girls were initially arrested on suspicion of serious injuries, but the accusation was changed after his death.
Post Mortem to establish the cause of death will be spent in due course.
Police said earlier that Fredi was a Bolivian citizen.
Metropolitan police spokesman said: “The victim’s family is still supported by specialist officers.
“Fredi Rivero, 75 years old, was attacked on Seven Sisters Road, N7, around 11:55 pm on Thursday, February 27th.
“Officers provided their first aid before Paramedics arrived, but despite the efforts of emergency services, Fredi unfortunately died at the hospital on Friday, February 28.”
