Timothée Chalamet shines!
The 27-year-old actor made another eye-catching fashion statement at the Wonka premiere in Paris on Friday, wearing a metallic sheer top as he hit the red carpet at the event.
Joined by co-star Hugh Grant, Chalamet wore a light pink beaded top with embroidered loops paired with Tom Ford black silk tailored trousers and black loafers. The actor — who plays the title character in the new film — opted to keep his look accessory-free, leaving the standout top as the main focus.

Meanwhile, Grant, who plays an Oompa-Loompa in the upcoming film, looked dapper in a black velvet suit and white shirt.
Chamalet’s stylish look in Paris comes after he wore another eye-catching Tom Ford outfit to the London premiere of Wonka earlier this week.
The actor wore a pink velvet suit from the Spring/Summer 2024 womenswear collection, while going shirtless underneath. He paired the suit with a custom white gold-backed Cartier necklace that includes close to 1,000 gemstones, according to British Vogue.

Timothée Chalamet says he didn’t turn to Johnny Depp for advice on playing Willy Wonka
While at the premiere in London, Chamalet spoke with PEOPLE about the challenge of “relaxing” into the role.
“I realized everything I worked on [has had a] down-to-earth seriousness, and here I got to relax and play, like in high school, but I haven’t done that in 10 years or so,” he told PEOPLE while talking to a group of reporters.
“It was a learning curve. But when it was in full swing, then it felt like we were cooking.” ”

The actor also said, at an event in London, that he did not reach out to predecessor Johnny Depp, who played Wonka in Tim Burton’s 2005 remake of Roald Dahl’s beloved children’s novel, when preparing for the role.
“[Charlie and the Chocolate Factory] came out when I was 10 or 11. And I just thought that was very brave,” Chalamet said Hey! News on the carpet.
Chalamet added that he loves the 1971 film adaptation, starring the late Gene Wilder as Wonka, which he “saw first” and “grew up on.”
